🥷 Priority Ninja LAB

Privacy & Data Handling

A plain-language summary of what the LAB does with your data. This is an early-access community tool — read this before connecting a production environment.

Where your metadata goes

The LAB connects your browser to a Search Agent that runs on your own Priority SQL Server. Everything between them is relayed through our server (sssl.priority.ninja) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection — the browser and the Agent do not talk to each other directly.

Your database credentials

The SQL Server username and password you type are relayed through our server to your Agent to open the connection for that session. They are held only in memory, on all sides, and are never written to disk or a database by us. Closing or refreshing the tab discards them.

What we store

Honest caveat: our server is operated by a small team on modest infrastructure, and encrypted-at-rest protects a copied file, not a fully compromised server. Use your own judgement about connecting a sensitive production environment, and prefer a read-only SQL login where possible.

Third-party sign-in

Sign-in uses Google or Microsoft. We receive only your verified email address from them — no password, and nothing is posted back to your account.

Questions or removal

This is a community project. For any question about your data, or to have your account and its records removed, contact your Priority Ninja representative.
